There’s a lot of questions I get asked about when discussing breast uplift procedures with my patients. More often than not they’re very similar questions so I thought I would help your research by answering some of those pressing queries today.

1. When will I be able to see my results?
You will notice that your breasts have been elevated and have a better form right away following a breast uplift, which has immediate results. Surgery will cause some swelling, which will go down over the course of a few weeks. After six weeks, the full results will be apparent.
2. Will I be able to breastfeed after breast uplift surgery?
After breast uplift surgery, it’s possible that you won’t be able to nurse normally. It is advised to postpone breast uplift surgery until after you have finished having children if you plan to breastfeed.
3. How long is the recovery time?
Although recovery times vary greatly depending on the individual, most people need between 7 and 14 days. Normally, we would advise taking a week off of work, but depending on your recovery time and the kind of work you do, you might start working again sooner or later. Following your procedure, you will be required to wear a post-surgical garment or sports bra for six weeks. Although this varies from person to person, full results usually take at least six weeks.
4. What will the aftercare involve?
Dr. Kian thinks that proper postoperative care is just as crucial as the procedure itself. After your procedure, you will receive contact information in case you have any questions. After your procedure, you will have a clinic appointment about a week later. The wound is now examined to make sure it is healing properly and is free of infection. After your surgery, you will have a thorough review consultation with Dr. Kian to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcomes and to receive long-term aftercare recommendations.
